加拿大华人联合总会（CCSA—Canadian Community Service Association，以下简称“华联会”）成立于2002年，由普翔先生创立，现任会长为牛华先生。华联会长期致力于服务华人社区，加强各族裔及社区之间的交流与合作，协助华人积极融入加拿大社会，争取和维护加拿大华人的平等权益，促进加拿大多元文化社会的平等、和睦和团结，推动中加之间的文化交流及经贸合作。

华联会是非盈利、非宗教、非政治的社会民间团体，是在加拿大正式注册登记的民间组织，截至目前已发展会员近三万名。作为加拿大本地最有影响力的社团之一，华联会自成立之日起就秉承为华裔社区服务的理念，积极参与并发起许多社区活动。连续举办了二十一届华联会温哥华“春节联欢晚会”，万人同庆的“2015-2022”中华传统文化节，连续十四届温哥华“泼水节”，七届“华联之星”杰出青少年颁奖晚会和多届“华联杯“高尔夫球邀请赛。华联会举办的活动涉及政治、经济、文化、体育、科技、慈善等众多领域。值得一提的是，2016年华联会带领3905人创下了世界吉尼斯纪录“全球最大的户外国学讲堂”。2018年组织了海外第一场为北京冬奥助力大型系列活动：“跑向2022北京”系列活动，诞生了温哥华国际马拉松历史上第一位华人冠军，意义重大。2021年第十九届春晚（云端）的收看观众达到近30万人次。2022年举办了迎冬奥倒计时100天大型庆祝活动。

在创始会长普翔，现任会长牛华的带领下自2008年起，华联会及其成员积极投身加拿大本地及中国地区的慈善事业，为汶川地震、列治文医院基金会、本那比医院基金会、阿尔伯塔省麦克默里堡火灾、加拿大华裔博物馆、BC省山火和洪灾等自然灾害、单亲妈妈等组织捐助善款，以及此次新冠肺炎期间对祖籍国和加拿大社区的医疗用具和资金捐助等等，据不完全统计捐款数额已达1000万加元以上，为促进加中两国的社区建设做出了积极贡献。

The Canadian Community Service Association (CCSA) was found in 2002 by Mr. Pu Xiang, who was also the first Chairman，the current president is Mr. Niu Hua. The CCSA has a long-term commitment of serving the Chinese community in Canada, and promoting the communication and cooperation among various ethnic groups and communities. The CCSA also helped the Chinese people to integrate into the Canadian society, sought and protected the equal rights of the Chinese Canadians, enhanced the equality, harmony and unity for the multicultural society of Canada, improved the culture exchange and economic and trade cooperation between Canada and China.

CCSA is a non-profit, non-religious and non-political NGO that has been officially registered in Canada, and has developed its membership with over 30,000 people. As one of the most influential Canadian NGO, CCSA adheres to the idea of serving the Chinese Community since the first day it was founded, and has organized a great number of events, including twenty one Vancouver Chinese Spring Festival Celebrations (Banquet for thousands of people), eight consecutive Chinese Cultural Heritage Festivals have been held from 2015，with 20000 participants each year, and 14 times Vancouver Water-Splashing Festivals；seven consecutive “THE STARS OF CCSA OUTSTANDING YOUTH GLOBAL AWARDS”and three CCSA Golf Games. The activities held by the CCSA involve politics, economy, culture, sports, technology, charity and many other fields. It is worth recalling that in 2016, the CCSA led 3905 people to set the Guinness World Record of "the world's largest outdoor Chinese traditional culture lecture hall". In 2018, we organized the first overseas large-scale series of activities to help the Beijing Winter Olympics: the "Run to 2022 Beijing" series of activities, giving birth to the first Chinese champion in Vancouver International Marathon history, which is of great significance. In 2021, the audience of the 19th CCSA Spring Festival Gala (web based) reached over 300000.

From 2008, CCSA and its members actively involved in both Canadian and Chinese charities with generous donation to the people has been suffered for disaster victims of the Wenchuan Earthquake, the Fund of the Richmond Hospital and the Fund of the Burnaby Hospital，the Canadian Red Cross for the fire erupted in Fort McMurray，Chinese Canadian Museum. According to incomplete statistics, the total donation from the members of CCSA has raised over 10 million Canadian dollars which was positive contribution to the communities of both Canada and China.
